Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Verdict mobile application ("the App"), operated by NoLemon Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Verdict analyzes photos of outfits you submit and returns AI-generated style scores, critique, suggestions, and edited images. Results are opinions generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal-styling purposes only. We make no guarantees about outcomes of any kind — social, professional, romantic, or otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the App. By using the App you confirm you are at least 18.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Verdict Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your app store account (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your app store account settings. Verdict Pro includes unlimited try-on renders, subject to a fair-use limit that protects the service from automated or abusive volume; normal personal use will not reach it.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them (including with third-party AI providers) solely to operate the service — scoring, critique, and generating edited versions at your request. You must only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. Do not upload unlawful content or content involving minors.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the App, or use outputs to harass, defame, or deceive others.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLemon Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. AI outputs may be inaccurate.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
