Privacy Policy

This policy describes how NoLemon Inc. ("we", "us") handles your information when you use Verdict ("the App").

1. What we collect

• Photos you submit — outfit photos you upload for scoring, wardrobe item photos, and AI-generated renders derived from them.
• Style inputs — goals, style preferences, and quiz answers you provide.
• Account data — an anonymous identifier by default; email and name only if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Purchase data — subscription status via our payments processor (RevenueCat); we never see your payment details.
• Usage analytics — app events (e.g. Amplitude, AppsFlyer) to improve the product.

2. How photos are processed

Photos are uploaded over encrypted connections and stored encrypted. To generate scores, critique, and try-on renders, photos are processed by third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) under their API terms; they are not used to train our models. Location metadata (EXIF) is stripped from photos on upload. Every upload is screened by automated content moderation.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your photos or personal data.
• We do not use your photos for advertising.
• We do not permit users under 18.

4. Retention and deletion

Your photos, wardrobe, scores, and renders are retained while your account is active. Deleting a photo, wardrobe item, or your entire account (Profile → Delete) permanently removes the associated data from our systems, with storage deletion queued immediately.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App (cloud hosting on AWS, AI providers, payments, analytics) and when required by law. Content you explicitly share (e.g. your score card) leaves the App at your direction.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data in the App, and may contact us at support@nolemon.app for any privacy request, including data export. Depending on your region you may have additional statutory rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated in the App.
